Your first primary weapon will be Model since it is the best marksman rifle around, plain and simple. The active talent on this weapon should be Optimist if you have five or less red mods, which will likely be the case until you can get the perfect gear rolls mentioned further down in this guide.

Model reloads one bullet at a time which will allow you to chamber one or two bullets, interrupt further reloading by tapping the melee key and then you can fire your weapon and maximise the damage bonus from Optimist. If you don't like all the additional work you need to do with Optimist, you can always get M with Ranger talent, which will make you do more damage the further you are from the target.

It is also advised to switch to this talent as soon as you get six or more red mods and attributes in total as Optimist will no longer work. Use Stability or Accuracy mods if you are having trouble landing headshots but never ever change the Digital Scope. The second primary weapon should be Sweet Dreams Exotic shotgun.

You won't be using it with this build, but the Holstered talent provides 25 per cent of your M "magazine" each time you roll. It can be used as an alternative to getting two bullets in, instead of manually loading them and then cancelling the animation. Ubisoft The Division 2 - Model Once you get Nemesis, it should be an obligatory switch.

In case you can keep aiming at enemies long enough, it will be superior to M so use it. If you like popping behind cover for quick shots, just let Nemesis sit holstered for the bonus 25 per cent headshot damage.

When everything is in full flow, your enemies will regret knocking any of your health off. The point is to not use it though. Still got that SMG handy? Make sure you have one that revolves around talents that bump up critical hit damage and rate of fire. This is a lot more subjective, but your focus here should be on buffing armour and healing. The key stats to look out for are substantial increases to health, extra incoming healing, and armour on kill. Fear not, though, this build will fix that right up for you, and it works well in both Skirmish and the Dark Zone.

The best of the bunch is One in the Head, which buffs your headshot damage to absurd levels. You also want to keep an eye out for any gear with attributes that buff headshot or marksman rifle damage, as these will boost your chances of downing in one hit.

The Division 2: Build Protection - Outer Heaven Clan Multigaming Italiano

So, how exactly do Skill Tiers work? In The Division 2: Warlords of New York agents will no longer have to fret over how much skill power they have on their equipment if they wish to lean into a skill focused build.

Now they have a core attribute built with them in mind: Skill Tier. Skill Tier is one of three core attributes being added to the game, including Weapon Damage and Armor. These core attributes are similar in concept to the three core attributes from the first game: Firearms, Stamina, and Electronics.

Skill Tier can appear as a core attribute on equipment, though it tends to appear on skill oriented gear. Each skill has a total of six tiers that can be accessed, so to max out a skill build an agent will need six pieces of gear with the this new core attribute. Skill Tier can be banked in the Recalibration Library, and applied to gear.

Each skill now receives a flat boost to its stats based on the total Skill Tiers an agent has from their equipment. Previewing a skill will display what those boosts are, as can be seen in the image above. Agents now have a transparent way to preview the power they will gain with each tier they equip, allowing them to craft skill builds in a more streamlined fashion.

Skill Tier does not go beyond 6 tiers, but some talents and exotics will allow skills to reach an Overcharge state. Overcharged skills will receive a massive increase in power for a short duration.

Due to the removal of skill power, mods will now function similar to weapon mods and can be installed without limitation. Skill Tiers will also appear on players in the world, so if someone is rocking a Tier 6 healing chem launcher you can safely assume they are the healer. Shields will increase in power with both Skill Tier and the Armor core attribute.

Not the total amount of armor added, mind you, but how many armor core attributes you have equipped.

Having Chem Launcher available will mean that you can pop one and literally be full Armor within seconds as this build also utilizes the Safeguard Talent.

The Chem Launcher is useful in most scenarios, be it PvP or PvE content, defensive playstyles or offensive rushing, it works for everything. The Drone although not as good as the Chem Launcher, is also a very useful little gadget that will keep you defended when you need it the most. The mods you acquire should also be focused on increases to armor and armor on kill. As this build revolves around stacking high amounts of Armor, Badger Tuff 2 and Gila Guard 1 are a must.

Lastly, Safeguard is another crucial Talent as it will give you much needed survivability. Safeguard is going to make your Armor regeneration extremely fast. Any other Talents you can acquire that fit this Tank AR build are just icing on the cake.

At the moment, the best Assault Rifle for this build seems to be the P— if you think it lacks Accuracy, feel free to grab some Airaldi Set pieces. Along with that, Allegro is also very nice fit for this build. The Chatterbox is going to be the BiS gun in the secondary slot of this build.
